You are doing the recommended minimum for a strength training program. Use the University of Georgia’s website http://www2.gsu.edu/~wwwfit/strength.html to do the bulk of your research. The other sites are there for you to browse if you have time. Don’t forget to use your handouts if you need them.
12 exercises, which should include abdominals, and your time limit is twice a week for 30 minutes each.
A workout can be performed in one day or over the course of two. If you choose to spread it out, you will be expected to have 15 rather than 12 exercises.
